Outside of work, Steve is kept active by his three children and his passion for ultra-distance running. He has completed multiple 100-mile races and once ran non-stop from Birmingham to London, covering 145 miles in one continuous effort.

What our families say about Steve.

“Francesca absolutely loves her hydro sessions! Recently we were looking at some old videos of sessions from about 10 years ago and were overwhelmed to fully realise the difference between what she could do then to what she can do now. Steve is so calm and supportive, working to Francesca’s strengths to help her reach and exceed targets. She has developed an awareness of her body, what it can do and how it works. Steve always talks her through what her body is doing as she follows his instructions.
We have no doubt that Francesca’s hydro sessions have helped her develop physical abilities and maintain her overall wellbeing.
Francesca gets a real sense of achievement and utter joy from her sessions. She shouts with delight when she masters a lesson. Steve is a legend and we are very grateful to him.”

” Star Physio have been providing services to my clients in Sussex for several years. The feedback from the families regarding the hydrotherapy sessions has been consistently positive and my clients thoroughly enjoy their sessions, as well as benefitting physically from the time and exercise in the water.”

For H, Aquatherapy means freedom, confidence, strength, and wellbeing.
Freedom from the physical limitations of her own body. Confidence to know that she has control and can move in a way that is so difficult when out of the water.
Strength in her physicality and a can-do mindset.
Wellbeing brings relaxation and relief from pain whilst in her favourite place… water.
