Office Manager
As the office manager, Jen wears many Star hats. She has been with StarPhysio for over five years, graduating from contractor to our first salaried employee! Jen helps the team with all the background non clinical work to assist in providing the highest level of care so she often gets to chat and occasionally meet some of our truly lovely clients and carers, as well as liaise with our team of the most supportive and lovely people.
Jen generally fields initial enquiries, liaises with clinical teams and assists with scheduling, so she gathers the stardust and sprinkles it across the star galaxy, helping to shoot our stars to their goals.
Jen is an extroverted introvert with a love of live music, good food, spending time with friends and most importantly with her family. She is very divergent in how she spends her free time as she likes to be busy out of the house doing things with her family like visiting places of interest, attending events or live performances and then she enjoys just chilling and pottering about the house cooking, doing a spot of DIY, reading a book or watching movies and TV.
