Aquatic Physiotherapist
Evi is a Physiotherapist with experience across musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation. At StarPhysio, much of her work is within aquatic physiotherapy, supporting both adults and children in the water. Alongside this, she works in land-based MSK rehabilitation and supports people living with MS.
With more than 10 years of hands-on therapeutic experience, as well as four years supporting people with mental health needs and learning disabilities, Evi brings a holistic and person-centred approach to her work. She takes time to get to know each person, understand what is important to them and adapt treatment around their individual needs and goals.
Evi’s approach is naturally adaptable, using movement and body awareness to help people move with greater ease, confidence and independence. She brings a calm and reassuring presence when needed, alongside energy and playfulness when working with children.
With a background in competitive synchronised swimming and ocean sports, Evi has spent much of her life in and around the water. This has given her a natural affinity with aquatic physiotherapy and an understanding of the unique opportunities that water can offer. She enjoys using the aquatic environment to help people explore movement, build confidence and develop greater independence, both in the water and in everyday life.
