Molly is a WATSU® practitioner and Aquatic exercise instructor with a unique and deeply personal connection to aquatic well-being.

Originally from Hong Kong where she worked as a social worker and aquatic exercise instructor, she discovered firsthand the profound healing power of WATSU® and decided to embark on an extensive training programme across both Asia and Europe.

Her journey from personal struggles to becoming a dedicated practitioner make her uniquely empathetic and skilled in guiding others towards profound healing through WATSU®. Molly deeply believe in the therapeutic potential of non-verbal communication and use WATSU® to facilitate emotional release and deep relaxation.

Molly’s skills as an aquatic exercise instructor give her a strong understanding of movement in the water and allows her to create a safe and nurturing space for her clients.
