At StarPhysio, we are transparent and clear in how our services are priced. Our fees reflect the experience of our clinicians, the time required to deliver high-quality physiotherapy and the complexity of the work we undertake.
Travel and Mileage
Any community, assessment or follow up visit may incur travel and mileage costs. We aim to keep these costs proportionate by considering clinician location and appointment scheduling wherever possible. We will discuss options clearly in advance so families can make informed decisions. In some cases, this may involve greater flexibility around appointment times or waiting for a specific clinician’s availability.
These additional costs are applicable to the fees below.
Initial Neurodevelopmental Assessment

Includes assessment, clinical reasoning and a summary with follow-up discussion.

BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS & PAYMENTS
• Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice will not be charged.
• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are payable in full.
• Invoices are normally issued after sessions and are payable within 14 days.
• Appointment reminders are sent as a courtesy, but responsibility for attendance remains with the client.
